Terrace Ridge Ministry is a group that began eight years ago with Pastor Rich Baker and the Troy Gospel Tabernacle. The group provides a lunch nearly each Saturday of the month at various locations in the community for those in need. According to Papa John’s Pizza Market Manager Chris Long, a Slice of Hope is a national event that reaches many Americans during a week in June. “The way I see it is - this community is our family,” Long said. Terrace Ridge Ministry would like to set a challenge for those who are able to step up and come to the need of others the first Saturday of each month to provide a meal so that every Saturday a lunch can be available.
