Ashley Ho jumped to a new PR, clearing 5-3 to win the high jump for the Lady Indians.

MARIA STEIN — The Lehman boys and girls track and field teams both took fourth in a quad meet at Marion Local Tuesday.
Winning for the Lady Cavaliers were Alanna O’Leary, 100, 13.40; and Maria Schmiesing, 1,600, 6:30.40.

COVINGTON — The Covington boys and girls track and field teams swept a quad meet with Ansonia, Riverside and Newton Tuesday.
Newton girls were third and Newton boys were fourth.
Winning for Covington boys were Sam Pritchard, shot put, 36-8 1-2; Hunter Alexander, discus, 99-1 1-2; Zach Parrett, high jump, 6-0; Cade Harshbarger, 400, 53.0; Cade Schmelzer, 300 hurdles, 44.9; Jayce Pond, 800, 2:24.0; Fletcher Metz, 3,200, 12:53.3; the 400 relay, 45.9; the 800 relay, 1:42.8; the 1,600 relay, 3:48.8; and the 3,200 relay, 10:11.0.
For the Covington girls, Lauren Christian increased her school record in winning the shot put with a put of 39-0 1-2; and Christian also won the discus, 101-9.
Also winning for Covington were Alexis Meyer, 1,600, 6:52.5; Natalie Snyder, 100 hurdles, 17.1; Kelsey Dysinger, pole vault, 7-6; Breanna Kimmel, 200, 27.0; Danielle Rose, 300 hurdles, 58.3; Paige Boehringer, 400, 64.1; the 400 relay, 55.17; and the 800 relay, 1:50.3.
Winning for Newton were Aliya Stine, 100, 13.1; and Macy Flanary, 800, 2:36.2.
tie for fourth
HUBER HEIGHTS — The Miami East girls track and field team tied for fourth at the Wayne Warrior Relays, while the boys finished seventh.
The girls were led by the 3,200 relay team of Lindsey Yingst, Lorenza Savini, Marie Ewing and Kaitlyn Mack, who won in 10:20.35.
Finishing second were the 2,400 medley relay (Yingst, Fellers, Staton, Ewing), 7:31.74; the 800 relay (Wesco, Miller, Hawkins, Ewing), 1:57.96; and high jump (Bair, Fellers), 9-5.
Taking third was the discus (Linn, Ondera), 182-9.
Blaine Brockschmidt and Kaleb Nichols combined to win the pole vault, 23-6; while the 6,400 relay (DeWeese, Brautigan, Horne, Redick), finished third, 14:54.32.

CELINA — The Bradford girls track and field team finished second in a tri-meet at Celina, while the boys finished third.
Picking up wins for the girls were Karmen Knepp, 3,200, 11:43.87; and Maia Stump, long jump, 15-6.
ST. HENRY — The Versailles girls track and field team won a tri-meet at St. Henry, while the boys finished second.
Jenna Frantz doubled for the Lady Tigers, winning the 100, 13.75; and pole vault, 10-0.
