Kendell protects citizens’ rights

To the Editor:

We urge the voters of Miami County to support Tony Kendell for County Prosecutor.

As you may know, Jeff Welbaum brought Tony into the prosecutor’s office and Tony rose to the position of First Assistant Prosecutor. The Miami County Republican Central Committee in 2012 appointed Tony County Prosecutor and two years later he was elected by the voters in Miami County. Ever since, Tony has been focused on protecting the citizens and their rights.

Tony’s experience includes prosecuting criminals of all types and leading the prosecution of adults charged with a felony. He has also been involved with cases involving abuse, neglect and dependency of children. In addition to the experience listed above he provides legal advise to many township boards, elected officials and Miami County agencies.

Experience counts and Tony Kendell has the experience to be a good Miami County Prosecutor.
