Neighborhood association supports library levy

To the Editor:

It is absolutely amazing! The Piqua Public Library provides the community with many services at little or no cost. A surprising number of people in our community use the library services. Everything from computer use to genealogy research can be accessed from the library. That message was convincing to the Southview Neighborhood Association when the library director, Jim Oda, made a presentation at the general meeting on Sept. 24.

Following the presentation, the Southview Neighborhood Association unanimously passed a minute of support for the renewal of the Library Levy on the Nov. 3 ballot. This levy is not new monies, but is a continuation of the levy already in place.

Please join us in supporting the levy renewal on Nov. 3! Vote for our library!
