Prom 2019 is here

PIQUA — Piqua High School will be hosting prom on May 4 from 7 to 11 p.m. at Romer’s Catering in Piqua (The Learning Place). The theme of this year’s prom is Arabian Night.

The prom king candidates are Ryan Clark, Mason Darner, Cade Lyman, Ethan Pohlschneider, David Potts, Christian Starrett, Grant Toopes, and Brennan Toopes. The prom queen candidates are Kelsey Bachman, Haleigh Beougher, Elizabeth Cox, Traina Collier, Allysa Cantrell, Bre Kessler, Skyler Sloan and Hailey McPherson.

This year’s prom was funded by the junior class of 2020. Over the course of their high school years, the class of 2020 have had several fundraisers to help raise money for this year’s prom. The junior class has helped contribute over $5,000 for Prom 2019.

The DJ for this year’s prom is Dave Trissel. Lifetouch will have a photo booth for students at the prom.
