SIDNEY – Several Miami County women were indicted by the Shelby County grand jury on Thursday, Nov. 21.
Those charged will be arraigned on Nov. 27 in Shelby County Common Pleas Court.
Two Miami County women have been charged in the theft of property from the Goodbaby/Evenflo Company. Online court records state the women allegedly took between $7,500 and $150,000 of property from the company between Sept. 15, 2017, and Sept. 23, 2019.
Kimberly A. Koehler, 50, Tipp City, is charged with theft, a fourth-degree felony, being accused of taking the property. Michelle V. Detrick, 46, Troy, has been indicted for receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. Prosecutors allege Detrick received the stolen property.
A West Milton woman has been indicted on a drug charge and for identifying herself as her sister to police.
Angela Earls, 29, was charged with possession of drugs and identity fraud, both fifth-degree felonies. She was arrested Sept. 3 allegedly in possession of heroin. She also provided identity information posing as her sister.
In October, the grand jury indicted her sister based on the arrest record and false identification. The case has since been dismissed.
