PIQUA — All information is provided by Piqua police reports.

DISTURBANCE: There was a report of an unruly juvenile on the 1000 block of Plymouth Avenue on Nov. 26 at approximately 8 a.m. A female juvenile was charged with being unruly. Two adult male subjects were warned for disorderly conduct.

There was a civil dispute regarding the ownership of a dog on the 200 block of Walker Street on Nov. 26 at approximately 10:50 a.m. The complainant was advised this was a civil issue. The complainant was warned for trespassing

TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT: There was a telecommunications harassment complaint on the 400 block of Summit Street on Nov. 26 at approximately 9 a.m. Three subjects were warned for the violation.

An officer responded to a telecommunications harassment complaint on West Greene Street on Nov. 26 at approximately 9:15 p.m. A caller advised another male made threats against him through Facebook messenger. An investigation is pending.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: A complainant reported on Nov. 26 that a window to his business Buckeye Golf Carts on North Main Street was busted out sometime in the last few days. No known suspects.

ACCIDENT: There was a report of a traffic crash involving a vehicle getting rear-ended on the 900 block of East Ash Street on Nov. 26 at 11:45 a.m. There was no reported damage. A waiver form was filled out.

There was a report of a traffic crash with no injuries on the 600 block of South Wayne Street on Nov. 26 at at 1:45 p.m.

There was a report of a traffic accident on the 500 block of South Sunset Drive on Nov. 26 at approximately 5:40 p.m. A driver was cited.

There was a report of a traffic crash near Cracker Barrel on East Ash Street on Nov. 26 at approximately 6:25 p.m. There was minimal damage to both vehicles. Both involved parties involved signed a crash waiver.

TRESPASSING: A man was trespassed from the Red Roof Inn and Suites on Nov. 26 at approximately 12:40 p.m.

ASSAULT: A complainant reported being assaulted by a customer at Walmart on Nov. 26 at approximately 12:45 p.m. The complainant did not want to pursue charges, but requested the customer be escorted off the property and warned not to return.

CHILD ENDANGERING: There was a report of a small child hanging out of an upstairs window on Nov. 26 at 12:45 p.m. The location was redacted.

An anonymous caller stated a woman was living in a home without any electricity with several small children on Nov. 26 at approximately 8 p.m. The location was redacted. The caller stated they were concerned for the children’s well being considering the freezing temperatures. Police made contact with the woman. Living arrangements were made for the night. The Children Services Board was contacted. Casey S. Runkle, 26, of Piqua, was charged with first-degree misdemeanor child endangering in connection with this incident.

THEFT: There was a report of stolen money at Bright Now Dental on East Ash Street on Nov. 26 at 3:20 p.m.

There was a report of a theft at Walmart on Nov. 26 at approximately 5 p.m.

A victim reported property stolen from a residence on the 1000 block of Boone Street on Nov. 26 between 8:15 a.m. and 8 p.m. A possible suspect was named.

ANIMAL PROBLEM: A sick raccoon was humanely euthanized in the area of Summit and Leonard streets on Nov. 26 at 3:50 p.m.
