Junk car fire keeps firefighters busy


Mike Ullery | Daily Call Piqua and Covington firefighters battle a blaze that broke out among junk vehicles at Shannon’s Auto in the 5000 block of US Rt. 36 on Wednesday. The fire began in one of the junk vehicles and spread to several others by the time firefighters were able to douse the flames. Firefighters were on the scene for about two hours.
