Chain-reaction crash causes damage, one injury near PHS

The chain-reaction crash occurred as school was letting out. The lead vehicle apparently stopped which led to the others crashing. One injury, believed to be minor, was reported. Seven or eight drivers/passengers in the other vehicles refused treatment for any injuries. The crash is under investigation by Piqua police.
