Piqua City Pool, Pitsenbarger Sports Complex. Violations/comments: Satisfactory at time of inspection

Speedway, 900 Scott Drive. Violations/comments: Provide metal stem thermometer with thin tip so food temperature can be properly checked. The cabinet with the front dump sink needs to be cleaned. The cleanup and sanitizing log was not working. Have repaired so the functions can be monitored.

Long John Silvers, 1219 E. Ash St. Violations/comments: Observed cracked food containers. Food containers must be smooth, durable, intact and easily cleanable. Cracks provide area for bacterial harborage.Discard broken/cracked containers. Repeat violation. The following areas need to be cleaned: fryer area; floor especially in drive thru area; ceiling; ice machine interior.
