June 9

THEFT: A Troy resident reported her lost debit card was used at Motel 6.

MOTORCYCLE ISSUE: Zachary Bunch was cited for speed and no motorcycle endorsement.

THEFT: A lawnmower and weed eater was reported stolen in the 1200 block of Heritage Drive.

June 10

INTOXICATED: Christopher Wintrow was cited for disorderly conduct after he was found passed out in an alley next to Forest Elementary School. He was charged and incarcerated.

INTOXICATED: Casey Gibson was charged with disorderly conduct after he was found intoxicated on the curb in the 300 block of Drury Lane.

OPEN CONTAINER: Harvey Baker was cited for open container in a motor vehicle and unattended motor vehicle in the Kroger parking lot.

DISORDERLY: Alex Taylor was cited for disorderly conduct following a report of a subject passed out in an alley in the 100 block of Ash Street.

June 11

DEER ISSUE: An injured deer was reported in the 2300 block of Cara Drive. The deer had broken four legs and the officer put the animal down.

THEFT: A resident advised he accidentally left his wallet on the counter at CVS. It was stolen and credit cards were being used. Charges of theft are pending.

THEFT: A report of a child pull cart was filed. The black, yellow and red cart was removed off the reporting party’s bicycle on Plum Street.

June 12

WARRANT: An officer arrested Anthony Morgan, charged with first degree felony aggravated robbery, on a warrant at Miami Valley Hospital.

BURGLARY: A burglary at 406 N. Elm St., was reported.

WARRANT: An officer transported Jordan Bailey on a warrant from Greenville.

SOLICITING: An officer responded to reports of solicitors in the area of Premwood. Teisha Love was warned for soliciting and also had an active warrant in Hamilton County. The warrant was too far to transport Love to Hamilton County. The officer advised residents to call 911 for soliciting without visible permits.

June 13

ASSAULT: An officer responded to the 1300 block of Imperial Court, Troy, in reference to a disturbance. Kaleb Jenkins was incarcerated for assault.

THEFT: A theft complaint was reported in the 1370 block of Trade Square West.

DISORDERLY: Marvin Allen was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident at the Troy Police Department.

June 14

SUSPICIOUS: An officer responded to the 785 W. Market St., Dollar General, on a report of a syringe with an unknown liquid inside on the store shelf.

THEFT: An officer took a report of a vehicle theft. No address was provided.

June 15

WARRANT: Tyler Lucas was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

June 16

HIT SKIP: A report of a hit-skip accident in the 400 block of Grant Street, Troy.

THEFT: Report of theft from the UDF on Race Street was reported. Suspect was found and charged.

THEFT: A report of theft at 11 N. Market St. was reported.

OVERDOSE: A reported heroin overdose was reported at 26 Cameo Circle.

June 17

ASSAULT: Mickey Cole was charged with assault on a police officer following a disorderly call at the Walmart parking lot. Cole was allegedly under the influence of drugs, laying in the parking lot with no shirt or shoes on.

THEFT: A theft report was filed in the 600 block of Walnut Street. A charge was filed.

WALLET AND WARRANT: The reporting party saw a male drive off with his wallet on the hood of his car. The reporting party stated the wallet had a large amount of money in it and turned it in. The owner, Richard Dircksen, Lakeview, had a felony warrant out of Logan County. Contact was made and the male who answered claimed he didn’t know who Richard was. Wallet was placed in the property room.

June 18

DISTURBANCE: A female was screaming, breaking items in a home in the 1300 block of Rudy Drive. She was charged with disorderly and criminal damaging.

OVERDOSE: Kevin Gessner was administered 12 doses of Narcan following an overdose. He was charged with disorderly conduct.
