PIQUA — The Salvation Army of Piqua, 129 S. Wayne St., will continue to accept applications for Christmas assistance through Friday.
Application times will be 1-4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. today, and from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday and Friday.
All applicants must bring the following:
1. Picture I.D.
2. Social Security cards and/or birth certificates for all family members in the household
3. Proof of income (paycheck stub, SSI/SSDI, unemployment, food stamps, child support)
4. Proof of residency within 30 days
5. Amounts for monthly expenses (rent, utilities, cable, phone, car payment, food, child support)
If any of the above items are missing, you will be asked to return on another day with all of the documentation required in order to fill out a Christmas application.
Distribution day for Angel Tree items and food will be Friday, Dec. 18, 2015. No children will be allowed in the building on distribution day. Please make child care arrangements early. This includes toddlers and infants.
