Mike Ullery | Daily Call Brandon Emerick uses the new self-ordering kiosk at the Piqua East Ash Street McDonald’s on Thursday as Avagail Bowers looks on. The self-serve kiosks debuted at the Scott family’s Sidney story earlier this month. Plans are to have them in other locations in the future. The ordering kiosk allows customers to place their order, even customizing the order to suit the customer’s taste. Once the order is placed, customers proceed to the counter where an employee brings the completed order as soon as it is ready.
