PIQUA — The following are highlights from the Piqua police reports. All information is provided by Piqua police reports.
UNRULY JUVENILE: There was a report of an unruly juvenile acting out at Washington Primary School on April 21 at approximately 9:10 a.m.
There was a report of several juveniles in the area of East Main Street writing on the side of houses with chalk on April 22 at 12:45 a.m. One male juvenile was located and charged with violating curfew and third-degree misdemeanor criminal mischief. He was then transported home and released to his father.
A juvenile reportedly snuck out of a residence on Wood Street while on house arrest on April 22 at 12:25 p.m.
ASSAULT: A juvenile was reportedly assaulted by another juvenile on the bus on Forest Avenue on April 19 at 1:50 p.m.
A subject stated he was assaulted in the parking lot of the Shell gas station after a road rage incident on North Main Street on April 21 at 2 p.m. This case is pending.
DISTURBANCE: There was a report of a disturbance on South Main Street on April 21 at 3:40 p.m.
There was a report of a disturbance on Third Street on April 21 at approximately 5:30 p.m.
There was a report of a disturbance on Cleveland Street on April 21 at 9:20 p.m. A male subject was warned for disorderly conduct.
There was a report of a disturbance involving three people on North Wayne Street on April 21 at 11:45 p.m. They advised that they were arguing and that there was no violence.
SUSPICIOUS: A suspicious male subject was reported in the area of Spring Street in Chase Bank on April 21 at 3:50 p.m. The area was checked, and the male subject was not located.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Rally’s Hamburgers on North College Street advised male subject in the drive-thru refusing to leave on April 21 at 9 p.m. It was found that male subject was belligerent and got upset when business refused to serve him. He left without incident after being told to by officers.
OVI: A driver was stopped for a marked lanes violation in the area of South and Adams streets on April 22 at 1:50 a.m. Nicholas M. Bryant, 37, of Piqua, was charged with first-degree misdemeanor OVI-under the influence in connection with this incident.
WARRANT: A subject with a warrant arrested and incarcerated on Washington Avenue on April 22 at 10 a.m.
