Mainstreet Piqua director Lorna Swisher said that ducks began dropping in overnight. Swisher said that there are about 200 ducks still seeking adoption, each one giving its “owner” the chance to win the $1000 first prize. The Rockin’ River Duck Drop will be held Saturday, August 1.
