Clark accepts position at Texas practice

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — The Ophthalmology Associates of San Antonio, Texas has announced employment of Dr. Cooper M. Clark as a Vitreo-Retinal Surgeon. Clark is a 2000 graduate and co-validictorian of Piqua High School. After graduating from PHS, Clark attended Miami University where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He attended medical school at the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, then served a four year residency in ophthalmology with OhioHealth at Doctors Hospital and Grant Hospital in Columbus. In July 2012, Clark accepted a two year Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery at the Valley Institute of Ophthalmology in McAllen, Texas.

The Ophthalmology Associates office is located in the Nix Medical Center in downtown San Antonio. Clark will begin his new position there in July. He is the son of Joyce Clark and Jerry Clark, retired superintendent of the Piqua City Schools.
