Staff ReportsPIQUA — Kenton Kiser captured the Echo Hills Junior Golf Championship Thursday, outlasting Covington’s Joe Slusher in a playoff.Both golfers finished the 18-hole tournament with an 80, before Kiser was able to top Slusher in the playoff.Covington’s Andrew Slusher won the boys 14-15 age group.Sarah Ganger won the girls division championship.The boys divisions both played 18 holes, while the girls division was decided in a 9-hole tournament.
